Recipe | Lush's Unicorn Horn Inspired Bark

If you didn't know by now, I am a huge fan of both Lush products and baking. Recently I've been sad that Lush's Valentine's Day range will soon be leaving the stores, so I thought I would find a way to combine my two favourite things! My favourite from the range is the Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar, so I decided to make an edible version of Unicorn Bark; they're super adorable so keep reading to find out how I made these.

  • 1oz various candy melts in a variety of colours (e.g. 4 to 6 colours)
  • Various Sprinkles and Candy Pearls of your choice
  1. Start by melting each colour candy melt in its own bowl, use as many colours as you would like, but I suggest anywhere between 4 and 6
  2. Cover a baking tray with parchment, cling film or tin foil (so that your bark won't stick to the tray when freezing)
  3. Then dot each colour candy melt on your tray (like a collage) filling the middle of the tray
  4. Using a spatula, swirl the colours together so that they fill your baking tray
  5. Top with sprinkles, sparkles, marshmallows and candy pearls of your choice
  6. Put into your freezer for an hour or leave to set at room temperature for a few hours
  7. Break your Unicorn bark into smaller rough shaped pieces, and enjoy!
Let me know if you decide to try this recipe, you really won't be disappointed by their cuteness! I hope you enjoy making them as much as I did; thanks for reading,

Let's keep in touch
